If so, you want to be sure to be out by then or else they might just put your stuff on the curb. As far as what you owe, there could be other damages sought by the lender. That is if you owed 220K and they sold it for 219K, but they had to go through the foreclosure process to get their money they probably spent thousands on attorneys and may try to collect that from you or anyone else on the loan.
