So my house sold at auction, and at the bottom of the paperwork it says the difference is only $1,200. Is that all I owe and everything is fine? It sold for $219 and I owe about $220. Please let me know what happends next.

Yes you only owe 1200…
I don’t think everything is fine if the house was sold at auction.
You should probably talk to an attorney in your area about what happens next.
Does the paperwork talk about you vacating the property? If so, you want to be sure to be out by then or else they might just put your stuff on the curb.
As far as what you owe, there could be other damages sought by the lender. That is if you owed 220K and they sold it for 219K, but they had to go through the foreclosure process to get their money they probably spent thousands on attorneys and may try to collect that from you or anyone else on the loan.
That is why you need to talk to an attorney. If your ex was supposed to make the payments according to a court order, maybe you can have him thrown in jail for contempt of court. I would want my pound of flesh for all the heartache he has put you through.
Sorry to hear of your difficulties. Good luck salvaging what you can.
You may also owe legal fees. At this point if you wanted the house back you would have to pay the full 220k.
Unless there is a right of redemption period, it’s too late…
